External account deletion page

This public page is the outside-the-app deletion method for Sefira Streaks. If you created a social account in the app, you can use this page to request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

Fastest option: delete inside the app

Open Sefira Streaks, go to Settings, then choose the delete-account option. The app can delete only your social account or delete both your social account and local app data.

If you want local data removed from your device as well, the in-app delete flow is the only option that can wipe both your social backend data and your on-device app data in one step.

How to request deletion from the web

Email mosheschlussel@gmail.com with the subject line Sefira Streaks account deletion request. Include your username, invite code, or any other details that help us identify the account.

Tell us the username on the social profile, if you remember it.
Include your invite code, phone number digits, or other identifying details if available.
Say whether you want only your social account deleted or whether you also need help resetting app access.

What is deleted when the request is completed

Your social profile.
Friendships and friend requests tied to the account.
Nudges and synced social completion data tied to the account.
Your push token and other social backend records used to operate the Friends Board.

What may be retained

We may retain limited safety or legal records, such as abuse reports or fraud-prevention notes, when needed to protect users, enforce our rules, or comply with legal obligations.

Response time

We aim to process deletion requests promptly after we can identify the account. If we need more information to locate the account, we may reply to confirm the details first.
